Shop Evelia Bella Offers Returns For Store Credit
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
**Please be advised that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your return/exchange.
All SALES, ACCESSORIES & INTIMATE-LINGERIE CANNOT BE RETURNED
To complete your store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - please email to info@shopeveliabella.com
There are certain situations where we cannot accept your return for store credit such as:
- Item has obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Receiving Your Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, your store credit will be processed, and a code with the dollar amount of your store credit will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately all sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that we carefully inspect the item when we receive it from the wholesaler and will NOT SELL to you unless it's perfect condition. If you still need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopeveliabella.com for further instructions.
Gifts- All of the above applies
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you need to return it, you will need to email us the order number in order to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, reviewed, and approved, a code with the gift store credit amount will be sent to your email.
***A flat rate shipping fee will be applied to your return/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
