When your package is shipped out, the shipping carrier will then be responsible for your package unless you purchased ROUTE (package route insurance protection) during checkout. Please check your order details in the confirmation email we sent you, or contact us for further assistance. Tips when shopping online! If the website offers package insurance protection, we highly recommend it! Lost, stolen and damage packages happen more than we think & insuring it may be a good idea! Verify your address! To ensure that we get  your order delivered quickly to you, it is highly important that you make sure you enter the correct address during checkout, including Apt, suite numbers & zip codes. ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
